You can request account deletion through our contact page. Once your request is processed, your data, except for what we are legally required to keep, is deleted within a reasonable time.

You can pay by credit card or debit card. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Yes. KOF never stores your credit card details. Payments are processed through a PCI DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure.

All our products are digital and are delivered electronically at the moment of purchase. Under Article 53/ç of Turkish Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products. See our Refund Policy page for details.

For subscription-based products, the service stops automatically if you do not renew at the end of the term. To end the current term early, request support through our contact page.

Forum and community features are only available to users with an active subscription. As long as your subscription is active you can open topics, comment and interact with other users.

Content that violates the forum rules is removed by moderators. Repeated violations may lead to a temporary or permanent forum access restriction on your account.
