Refund Policy

1. General Information

All products offered for sale on the KOF platform are digital products and services in nature. These products include bot licenses, bot packages, captcha solving services and other digital services. Digital products are delivered electronically to the user account instantly at the moment of purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal

All products purchased through KOF are digital in nature and are delivered to the user account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Therefore, once the purchase has been completed, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (refund).

KOF provides its services from Turkey, and the rules above are based on Turkish consumer law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.

3. Exceptional Cases

In the following cases, refund or compensation methods may be applied at KOF's sole discretion:

• Technical failure: Where the purchased product or service cannot be used at all due to a technical failure attributable to KOF.
• Wrong product delivered: Where the product delivered differs from the product ordered.
• Duplicate payment: Where more than one payment is taken for the same product due to a technical problem, the excess payment is refunded.

Exceptional refund requests must be made no later than 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:

• The product or service has been partially or fully used
• Problems caused by the user's own error (choosing the wrong product, entering account information incorrectly, etc.)
• Sanctions imposed by the game developer (bans, account closures, etc.)
• Performance problems caused by the internet connection, hardware or third parties
• Suspension or closure of the account due to a breach of the Terms of Use
• More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
• Products purchased under a promotion or discount (unless otherwise stated)

6. Chargeback (Disputed Transaction) Warning

If you file a chargeback (disputed transaction) directly with your bank or credit card company without first submitting a refund request, your account will be suspended automatically. Before filing a chargeback, please contact us first; we will do our best to resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
