Behind a “Knight Online macro” search there are two different needs: a macro that repeats mouse or keyboard keys at an interval, or a bot that runs the character from start to finish. This page separates the two and explains which one KOF covers and how.
A macro is a small program that replays a key sequence the player recorded; most are written with gaming-mouse software (A4Tech, Bloody, Razer) or tools such as AutoHotkey. It does not see the screen and does not know the character’s state; it only presses keys.
A macro keeps pressing after the character dies, does not notice a target change and does not stop when the Inventory is full. You have to be at the screen; that is why a macro is used to reduce key load while playing by hand, not for AFK farming.
KOF is a koxp, not a macro: it reads the character’s state and decides accordingly. Everything you would try to do with a macro is a ready setting in the panel:
If you play at the keyboard and only want to automate a few keys, a mouse macro is enough and free. If you want the character to keep going while you are away and to handle farm, mining and upgrade on its own, you need a koxp. KOF works on USKO, SteamKO and CNKO and is managed from the web and Telegram.
You do not need to write one. Skill order, route, target and loot settings are ready in the panel; changing them takes no code or key recording.

While the bot runs the character you do not need to press keys by hand; running both at once makes the settings collide. Stop the bot and use the macro when you play by hand.
